A Message Concerning Product Service

"We will service any Campfire Audio IEM for the life of the product regardless of the warranty listed. For instance, if a truck runs over your IEM, we will repair or replace them for parts cost and shop time for the repair. (proof of purchase required). Even though our shells are extremely durable, drivers are incredibly delicate and can and will be damaged if you drop them on a hard surface, submerge them in liquid, or generally abuse them. We do not lay claim that they are indestructible and they should be cared for like a high-end camera or other fine electronic devices." -  Ken Ball

Product Warranty

The Campfire Audio 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty protects against defects in the manufacture and assembly of earphones and cables for two (2) years from the date of the original retail purchase. 

Accessories such as carrying cases and ear tips are not covered by warranty. The warranty does not cover damage or malfunction due to misuse or wear and tear.  The warranty is transferable between users, original proof of purchase may be needed to validate your warranty.

If your product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will either repair the product or replace the product with a new or equivalent model at the discretion of Campfire Audio. Any product found to be defective or damaged outside of the warranty period can be repaired for a service fee (parts+labor). An estimate will be provided once our engineers have reviewed your product. 

Any repaired or replaced parts or products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety (90) days, whichever period of time is greater. Warranty claims are processed through the point of purchase. If your product was purchased from an authorized Campfire Audio retailer, don't hesitate to get in touch with them regarding any warranty, service, or return requests. If the retailer is unable or unwilling to help you, please contact us directly.

To request service from Campfire Audio, please email us at support@campfireaudio.com. We’ll follow up with instructions for your return.  The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges related to returning the product to Campfire Audio. We’ll cover the cost to get your warranty repair back to you. 

It is advised that returns are shipped insured with tracking information, as Campfire Audio is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.  Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
