In-ear monitors began as a pro audio solution for professionals needing accurate live and production monitoring, that is compact, accurate, and easy to wear.
As these products advanced, they were adopted by HiFi enthusiasts, and demand rose greatly, leading to a boom in innovation, styles, and sound signatures.
Today, Campfire Audio is a world leader in the design and engineering of a broad spectrum of IEMs and IEM accessories, with the creation of more than 90 models and iterations.

All of our wired IEMs are assembled by hand by a small team in the heart of Portland, Oregon.
Over the years, we have developed a range of techniques and proprietary technologies that help us shape the performance of each IEM into a unique sonic experience.

We do not have a traditional storefront. We do offer listening sessions of our products and purchases can be made on the premises.

All of our wired in-ear monitors are assembled, tested, QC'd, packed and shipped by hand at our facility in Portland. The regulated definition of 'Made in USA' does not apply to our earphones as significant components of them are sourced globally.
We receive parts, housings, drivers, from both global and domestic sources, and assemble our wired earphones by hand, all done by our small tight-knit production team.
Our cables, cases, wireless products, and certain other accessories are made outside of the US with trusted partners.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. During higher volume period this may be slightly longer.
Within the United States we ship with USPS priority shipping - other carriers available by request at checkout.
International orders ship via FedEx or DHL.
Yes, we offer free shipping for large domestic orders over $100.
Yes, we ship our products all over the globe. Certain regions may be unavailable, however, we have a wide range of distributors and retailers that can help you access our products.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
Duties and taxes are not included and are subject to your local regulations.
Warranty & Repair
Campfire Audio has strict quality control standards.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
Our In-ear-monitors come with a 2-Year manufacturer's warranty.
Cables, cases and other products may come with a 1-Year limited warranty.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us in a reasonable timeframe when you encounter an issue with any of our products at support@campfireaudio.com
Our warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, wear & tear, or other sources such as environmental or impact related damage.
Campfire Audio offers free testing and assessment of products - shipping costs not included.
For products within warranty period, we cover the cost of shipping your products back to you after assessment/repair. Customer will be responsible for shipping them to our facility.
For products outside of warranty, all shipping costs are covered by the customer.
For international repairs, we return products marked as returned/repaired goods which avoids or minimizes import duties.
Returns & Refunds
Campfire Audio offers a flexible 14-day return policy. This period begins from the date of delivery of your order.
If you'd like to initiate a return, please be sure to initiate your return within this timeframe.
Yes, we refund the full cost of your product and do not have a default restocking fee.
Refunds do not include shipping cost once sent. Products must be returned with all accessories and undamaged to receive a full refund. We reserve the right to assess a fee for the return of damaged products - this is assessed on a case by case basis and is rarely issued.
When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
