Interior
Axion's utilizes an all-new driver technology - the SDD. This unconventional driver combines the compact footprint typcially found in balanced armatures, with the mechanical and sonic performance of a dynamic driver. As a result, Axion is highly compact while being able to deliver the rich, impactful sonic character found in dynamic drivers.
Carefully designed geometries, damping values, and air volumes shape the performance of Axion's driver to expand and improve raw performance into a refined and engaging sound signature.
In the age of wireless earphones, the wired connection still achieves vastly superior information transfer. Taking this advantage to the next level, Axion's cable features a built-in USB-C DAC/AMP that provides improved fidelity and power to your earphones.
Exterior
Lightweight and durable, Axion's shell is precision 3D-printed with a transparent exterior and dyed black internally.
Axion's footprint is small, comfortable, and lightweight. It can be worn in traditional earbud style, or flipped and worn with the cable over-ear, IEM fashion.
Axion's aluminum nozzle is resilient to impacts and repeated eartip changes. Increasing longevity in comparison to typical, plastic nozzle earphones.
Axion uses Campfire's custom matrix MMCX connectors for reliable connectivity and the ability to swap your cable to adapt to various devices and set-ups.
