Audiophile IEMs

Our audiophile in-ear monitors (IEMs) are built for critical listening: multi-driver precision, extended frequency response, and tuning that rewards a proper source. Every model here is hand-built in Portland, Oregon and measured before it ships.

What Makes an IEM Audiophile-Grade

Audiophile-grade IEMs take driver technology, driver configuration, and material selection to a new level; with advanced diaphragm materials, cutting-edge mechanical advancements, and complex, multi-driver internal architectures. These IEMs offer the pinnacle of detail retrieval, staging, resolution, and sonic impact to present your favorite tracks in a new light.

At this stage, users find that a dedicated DAC or digital audio player become an important factor in getting the most out of their IEMs, and allow for further refining and adjusting performance to suit personal taste.

This range features great first steps into higher-grade IEMs as well as premium, top-of-the-line upgrades representing over a decade of tuning and acoustic engineering.

Audiophile IEM FAQ

Audiophile grade IEMs use the latest advancements in driver technology, with the latest in materials, mechanical function, and overall configuration to give greater detail, imaging, and frequency extension while rewarding careful source matching.
Many benefit from one. A dedicated DAC or amplifier can improve dynamics and control beyond what a phone's headphone jack delivers, and different sources can shift tonal character warmer or brighter.
Clara is a hybrid design with a natural, coherent voicing built around a dynamic driver and three balanced armatures. Andromeda 10 uses ten balanced armatures for a just-north-of-neutral, reference-style tuning.
Supermoon or Alien Brain are strong entry points into multi-driver or planar magnetic performance, while Clara, Andromeda 10, and Astrolith, offer peak performance for hybrid, all-BA, and planar performance respectively.
Yes. Every model in this collection is hand-built in Portland, Oregon by a small team, then measured on Audio Precision equipment with strict left-to-right channel matching before it ships.
Chimera is Campfire’s first IEM to combine electrostatic super-tweeters and bone conduction in one design, alongside a True-Glass dynamic driver and balanced armatures, for extended detail and a distinct sense of physical presence.
